Abstract
The main feature of high work culture is students' skills and experience to plan their work. This process includes such factors as: realizing of main targets, analysis of conditions of the future activity, determining ways and tools of aims fulfillment, managing the rational decisions. Development and improvement of skills to plan their activity effectively, to keep their work place in requirements of scientific work organization principles are the most main factors of establishing the work culture of professional technical school students.
