Abstract
The article analyses theoretical approaches to creation of educational technologies and offers the ways of their practical implementation. The article deals with the problem of new technologies in teachers' practice aimed at the development of students' cultural working skills. Special attention is paid to awareness of difficulties and appropriate technologies to overcome them.
