Abstract
Entering Ukraine to Western European educational space accompanied by increased requirements for the professional competence of future professionals as guarantee competitiveness in the labor market. In this connection special importance is the training of the leaders of a new generation of knowledge; skills and competence are highly dependent economic growth of the country. An important factor affecting the success of professional modern professional occupations such as "man-man" is his emotional competence. We consider the emotional competence leader as the willingness and ability to flexibly manage the emotional reactions: their own and other people adequately to situations and changing conditions. The leader a person on which all the other members of the group recognize the right to take the most crucial decisions that affect their interests, and determine the direction and nature of the group. Equally important is the separation of the leaders of important professional and personal qualities, the formation of values that determine the basic guidelines of conduct, operation, determine the direction, motivation, self-improvement, self-development of future professionals. Leadership is not open-confidence and develops. However, there are always real and "born leader", but even them to remain leaders need to constantly improve traits given by nature. Therefore, the article deals with the problem of forming leadership potential future specialists.
