Abstract
Syllabus of the course "Methodology and methods of scientific and educational research" for specialty "Pedagogy of high school" is a normative document Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, developed the department of theory and history of education based on educational and vocational training programs for masters according to the curriculum. "The methodology and methods of scientific and educational research" is part of the cycle of disciplines professionally-focused humanitarian and socio-economic training regulation unit. Its study involves solving a number of fundamental problems of training highly qualified specialists, including: master the system of knowledge about the methodological basis of research, logic, basic elements, stages and methods of scientific and pedagogical work. The aim of the course "Methodology and methods of scientific and educational research" - the formation of future teachers methodological culture and integrated system of knowledge and skills of organization and conduct research work in the field of pedagogy.
