Abstract

Syllabus of the course "Basic scientific research" is a normative document Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, who developed the department of theory and history of education based on educational and vocational programs for bachelors according to the curriculum for the training direction 6.040301 Mathematics full-time. Discipline "Basic scientific research" designed for the systematic assimilation of modern methodology of scientific activity, and designed in conjunction with practical teaching, organizational and educational tools equip future professionals-lawyers skills of research. Its study involves solving a number of fundamental tasks of professional training, including: master the system of knowledge about the methodology, the main elements, stages and methods of state-legal phenomena on the process of preparing and writing research papers in general and higher education in particular. The purpose of the study course: provide students with the necessary knowledge in the field of scientific and legal research, preparing them for independent execution of scientific work, review of the method of preparation of messages, reports, research papers, term papers and dissertations.
