Abstract
The modern problems of adults' education in the context of using new information technologies for its organization are considered it the paper. There has been shown that increase and deepening of modern knowledge on the professional level and on the level of person's vital activity demand the mastering of new technologies and technological means, which innuencc on the "quality" of person's life and ocienty on the whole, and also appearance of personal qualities, that would favour the adaptation to the conditions of modern world. The conclusion was made that the most adequate form of education for the organization of adults' education is distance learning, and a possibility of quick reaction to the changes in the productive technologies is one of its advantages.
