Abstract
Syllabus of the course "Pedagogy of high school" is a normative document Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, who developed the Theory and History of Education through education and professional training programs for masters according to the curriculum for all specialties of full-time study. "Pedagogy of high school" is part of the psychological and educational disciplines cycle regulation unit. Its study involves solving a number of fundamental problems of training highly qualified specialists, including: master the system of knowledge about patterns of learning and educating students, training highly skilled and competitive specialists in education in accordance with national and European standards; Fundamentals of educational process in higher education; forms, methods and means of forming the personality of the future specialist; professional teaching career high school teacher. Course objective - to reveal patterns of education, learning and education of students, its research and training in accordance with national and European standards and the needs of society; on this basis to develop approaches to improve the system of formation of psychological and educational readiness for graduate teaching and research and educational activities.
