Abstract
Textbook "the Poetics of verse" allows you to combine the learning of the theoretical material with a poetic technique (metrics, rhythm, strophe pattern and phonics, based on the poetry of the Ukrainian symbolists) and practical skills. To consolidate acquired knowledge the author cites specific examples of a holistic analysis of the poems of the Ukrainian poets, representing different periods of literature.
