Abstract
Offers intelligent computer heterogeneous Inparkom cluster - GPU, combining multi-core MIMD - architecture and graphics accelerators SIMD - architecture. Knowledge-heterogeneous cluster, designed to study the properties of the cluster auto, program generation parallel computing tasks and assess the reliability of computer results. The structure of a heterogeneous Inparkom cluster - GPU includes a host system that processes and communication environment.The software provides three levels: the operating environment that supports intelligent software, intelligent numerical software for research and solutions for problems of computational mathematics with perturbed initial data, the application software.
