Abstract
The article envisages the problem of consciousness of intrapersonal contradictions in teacher's professional activity. Consciousness of intrapersonal contradictions is one of the pre-conditions of the structural overcoming of such contradictions which assists professional development of teacher. The data of questionnaire demonstrate by some aspects of intrapersonal contradictions, such as spheres, duration, methods of overcoming. It is marked that intrapersonal contradictions are mostly unconscious in professional activity of considerable part of teachers. The teachers which realize intrapersonal contradictions have the developed reflection, high capacity for the problem decision of situations.
