Abstract
Market relations in higher education aimed at changing the nature and role of universities in society. During the transition of higher education to market relations is happening an interaction of higher education with labour market, which mechanisms require careful study. In the article the factors of higher education interaction with labour market in the EU are analysed. Market relations between higher education and labor market are seen as a system of interrelated factors, which are in constant interaction and interdependence. The aim of harmonization policy of higher education interaction with labour market in the EU is to create linking mechanisms of these factors for their effective cooperation.
