Abstract
Aim of the course - to explain to students the features orha¬nizatsiyi training specialists in economics at the university, students form a comprehensive insight into the functioning of finance at various levels and their relationship. Objective of the course - to familiarize students with the theoretical basis of study finance to be extended with further study of financial disciplines. A study of the discipline student should know: - Socio-economic nature, functions and role of finance; - The genesis of finance, evolutionary development finance; - The establishment and development of financial science; - Finance and financial policy objectives, organization, finance entities; - The essence of public finance and households; - The tax system and tax policy; - Economic content and principles of the structure of the budget system; - Principles and insurance; - Function and structure of the financial market; - Theoretical principles of financial management; - The economic substance of international finance and international financial relations; - Especially finance developed market economies; - Finance essence of the European Union. The student should be able to: - Objectively assess the processes of economic and financial policy of the state; - Analyze financial relations in society; - Understand the trends of financial relations and their features in public finance and financial entities; - Develop and solve current issues of theory and practice of building financial policy; - To carry out expert evaluation of possible financial trends impact on social progress; - Identify advantages and disadvantages of the current financial mechanism; - Quickly master the changes taking place in the global financial system.
