Abstract
Introduction. There is actuality of higher education institution acmeo-potential estimation in the process of physical education specialists’ acmeological competence components (motivation, activity, cognitive, personal) formation is substantiated in the article. Purpose. The communicative environment of higher education institution as an acmeological condition of the future specialist forming is analyzed. Methods. The study of literature sources, questionnaires, SWOT-analysis. Results. There are parameters of educational environment effectiveness and its components evaluation given: the impact of the higher education institution, comfort and training activities provision. The components that enable acmeological orientation of the educational process in higher education institution are defined. The characteristic of "subject-subject" interaction between student and teacher in the physical education specialists’ professional training is given. Originality. There are following strengths of acmeo-oriented educational environment studied: appropriate teaching qualifications of university teachers; friendly working team of professionals; responsibility and constant self-improvement of co-workers. Also there are next weaknesses of the physical education specialists’ professional training process pointed: lack of financial incentive to employees; of young specialists’ low motivation to professional development; the lack of an effective system of professional selection of applicants. Some possible ways of changing the system of physical education specialists’ professional training are studied such as following: guarantee and ensure the work of graduates in accordance to the specialty with the appropriate payment; creating conditions for the training of qualified personnel; scientific and information technology development and implementation; sufficient material base; effective career guidance. The current state of physical education specialists’ continuous professional training is studied. It was determined that the reasons that prompted students to choose the physical education teacher profession are: to look fit and sporty; to be physically active; their success for physical culture while being at school and sport achievements. Conclusion. The acmeological result of the professional training is the specialist’s willingness to professional self-development in a professional environment and professional productive activities. There is a process of acmeological competence components forming take place while the process of physical education specialists’ continuous professional training realized on the acmeology basis. The prospects of further scientific research in the physical education specialists’ acmeological competence forming criteria determining in the process of continuous training.
