Abstract
The dissertation represents complex research of formation of a standard of work in industrial practice activity of learning maximum professional schools of an art structure. Technique formation of a standard of work and conditions of its introduction in teaching and educational process is scientifically proved and checked experimentally up. As a result of research the direct communication between independent work and an individual approach to the pupil is established at a pedagogical management, the optimum parity between external influence and internal self-control in dialogue of subjects of teaching and educational process is determined, his basic conditions, criteria and levels of stage-by-stage development of a standard of work are revealed.
