The article deals with the peculiarities value approach to communication with the target audience via spiral dynamics. Approaches to building corporate communication via spiral dynamics; explained that the paradigm of thinking, values are defined filters through which the message of the company; the peculiarities of the communication process for each type of recipients according to the theory of spiral dynamics. Using a value approach to segmentation public organization, which is based on the theory of spiral dynamics, allows a broader look at the problem of efficiency of corporate communications. It should be based on vMemes of communication with their target audiences with such paradigms message box should fit the company. Thus, the spiral dynamics theory allows us to understand the effectiveness of communication problems in different spheres, including in the field of public relations.
