Abstract
Aim of the course - the study of financial relationships related to prymuso¬vym expropriation and redistribution of value natsional¬noho product to form a national fund of resources. Objective of the course - learning theoretical and organizational bases po¬datkovoyi systems and tax policies, methods of payment, the order of payment of direct and indirect taxes and legal persons fi¬zychnymy alternative tax systems diyal¬nosti State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. A study of discipline students must know: - Principles of construction, operation and development of the tax system in Ukraine; - The economic substance of the tax as part of the state regulation of the economy; - Tax function in a market economy, their relationship and impact on the final macroeconomic indicators; - The peculiarities of state and corporate tax management and its functions; - Defining elements of the tax; - The organization of the tax system in Ukraine; - Main types of state and local taxes and fees; objects of taxation with national and local taxes and fees and order of definition; - The procedure of tax calculation, reporting and payment of the budget main types of taxes and fees; - Rights and duties, responsibilities of taxpayers and fees; - Mechanisms for calculating and collecting taxes. be able: - Analyze the implications of the related tax policy; - Form the tax base; - Expect all state taxes and fees; - Calculate the amount of tax liabilities of local taxes and fees; - Use normative legal acts and scientific literature on tax issues; - Apply their knowledge in professional activities.
