Abstract
The article focuses on the description of the system of multicultural education in Germany. The author first describes socio- econocic prerequisites that led to formation of the system of multicultural education. Further the author underlines that different an countries develop definite components of the system of multicultural education due to their socio-economic and historical emt. Then I. Kovalynska focuses on future teachers’ multicultural training within the framework of university education in Germany, namely in the university Duisburg-Essen.
