Abstract
The purpose - formation of a system of concepts, knowledge and skills in the field of philosophical understanding of the phenomenon of information. Task: - Justify the meaning of information in the context of its relationship with the concepts of matter and consciousness; - To determine the nature of general information approach as logical-epistemological and methodological formation; - To analyze the specific phenomenon of information as properties and related facilities; - Identify epistemological, axiological and praxeological laws of generation and transformation of information into knowledge and control instruments; - Describe the main scientific approaches to understanding the philosophical content of information; - Summarize the main scientific approaches to the analysis of information systems as an object of information warfare.
