Abstract
In the article the impact of the global ranking of universities Webometrics the quality of the educational resources of the e-environment. Analyzes performance and trends Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University for this rating, described the university experience for improving position in the Webometrics, particular features of open educational e-environment and implementation of internal rating vebometrychnoho departments. The effect on performance ratings scientific publications placed in open institutional repositories and creating profiles in Google Scholar.
