Abstract

The acmeological principles research state of physical education specialists’ lifelong professional training both in pedagogical theory and in practice of higher education institutions in Ukraine and abroad was investigated. The basic definitions of research were analyzed. The historical and pedagogical analysis of physical education specialists’ professional training in akmeological dimension was realised. Both the structure of physical education specialists’ acmeological competence and the its formation criteria were grounded. The concept and model of physical education specialists’ lifelong professional training on the acmeology basis were developed. There were organizational and methodological principles of acmeologically-oriented physical education specialists’ lifelong professional training grounded and tested. The variation models of physical education specialists’ lifelong professional training on the acmeology basis were studied.
