Abstract

In the article presents the conceptual approaches to defining the essence of national security, its structure from the standpoint of hierarchical levels of management. We consider the information and the legal and institutional framework for the development and implementation of the national security policy. The safety concept is presented in a concentrated form and is a system of officially adopted the basic views of the state and society on the values and interests, to methods and mechanism protection against potential and real threats.
