Abstract
Waves of transformation of Ukrainian youth values in a plane which was set by states «anomia↔eunomia» have been determined. That enabled to find out specific character and prospects for further development of Ukrainian society. The term eunomia finally describes development of society. Sustainability and prosperity, fair assessment of what everyone contributes into mutual cause, lawfulness and order, treating a human as the highest value are inherent in the described society. Dualistic institutional system substantiates existence of binary value system among modern youth. The specific character of values depends on anomic or eunomic state of Ukrainian society. Introduction of civic harmony in Ukraine is a precondition for a solution of the problem of youth value disorientation.
