Abstract
The thesis studies the social-regulative function of Christian values in the modern Ukrainian family, which are becoming crucially important in conditions of social transformation. The modern features of the interpretation of the Christian values' influence on the family functioning in the context of modern globalization and global-demographic processes in Orthodoxy, Catholicism and Protestantism are analyzed. The thesis reveals the fact that there is a gap in declaration of one's religiousness and real value orientations and real behavior. Religiosity turns into a new stereotype, fashion, image priority.
