Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of future preschool teacher professional’s competence formation on the basis of pre-service leadership. The theoretical analysis of the scientific achievements of Ukrainian and foreign scholars on leadership development as a social and pedagogical phenomenon and characteristics of the term «leader» in different social conditions are distinguished. The content of the training program module «Leadership-service» for first-year students of the specialty «Preschool education» are analyzed in the issue.
