Abstract
This article reviews peculiarities of professional modules creation and teaching of educational material related to the following topics «Creative potential development among primary school pupils» та «Creative potential actualization among teenagers» in order to increase the level of proficiency of educators working with various ages pupils on the basis of teacher’s improvement courses. This article describes a8im and goal of educational modules development; provides the description of topics reviewed lectures, trainings, seminars, round table and e-education questions. It analyzes the efficiency of provided courses and assesses its efficiency based on the changes in knowledge, psychological paradigms, intentions and skills of teacher’s improvement courses students after graduation from such courses. At the same time the training result lies at students’ independent capacity to search the methods of diagnostics and development of creative potential among various ages pupils; the exchange of own experience at on-line classes and usage of obtained methods for the development and formation of pupils creative potential.
