Abstract
The article revealed the dynamics of word formation standards in information resource media late. The views of the linguists on the word formation standards were analyzed. The results of a statistical study of tumors were given. The irregular use of active participles were analyzed , the typical cases usage in periodicals of the studied period was illustrated. Subject-estimated role of juxtaposition denoting qualities, states and processes was defined. Emotionally evaluative function of foreign components of compound words has been shown.
