Abstract
Gradually in modern socium a moral becomes inseparable culture's part of socio-economic management, that basic destiny which is providing of stability of production and decision of contradictions which came to a head in him. Scientific grounds of the basic methods an principless used by social and economic management for a moral regulation of an enterprise's staff's work, which will inevitably lead to the staff's stabilization, its better self-organization and more effective work.
