Abstract
The analysis of globalization that defines a new paradigm of social and cultural development creates fundamentally different conditions that cause new social relations. Globalization as a factor in the development of civilization rests on a qualitatively new level of development of information technologies, opening new possibilities for communication. New computer and information technology, the Internet not only removes many fundamental problems faced by the industrial and post-industrial society, but also deepens the problems and create new tensions. Modern civilization is only beginning to comprehend systematically root causes and long-term consequences connectedness and virtualization world.
