In thesis investigated ordinary legal consciousness of college’s students. Ordinary legal conscience is an integral phenomenon formed in the process of mass legal socialization, reflecting the state of law and order in the society. Dynamic regularities in the formation of the youth's sense of justice have been analyzed, the following features have been revealed: intuition, stereotype, simplicity, superficiality, one-sidedness and schema of the display of legal foundations, manifestations of personal rejection and discontent, the tendency of pragmatic use of laws to satisfy one's own needs, the youth's unwillingness to consciously recognize the law as the main condition legal action, scrapping of legal stereotypes. A model of the legal consciousness of youth is drawn up and its content is described: the cognitive component (views, ideas, ideas on the law); emotional component (feelings, emotions, actualized by law); behavioral component (setting for certain behavior in the legal sphere, willingness to act in a certain way). The functional structure of the sense of justice is represented by such functions as cognitive, evaluative and regulative. The Program for the formation of the psychosemantic content of the legal awareness of college’s students has been developed and tested. The logic of the deployment of each link in the process of forming the sense of justice is as follows: from the participants' awareness, through the generalization of their knowledge and legal thinking to the convictions, skills of lawful behavior and further legal self-development. A comparative analysis of the results of the experimental formation of the content of sense of justice, according to which the students of the experimental group have complicated the structure of legal consciousness and a system of subjective assessments. In particular, the increase occurred in: the frequency of elections with a high level of legal criticality; semantic differentiation of categories "right", "justice", "punishment", "dignity"; indicators of such types of motivation as acoustic, labor, normative, motivation of a positive attitude towards people. Statistically significant indicators decreased: negative cognitive legal attitudes, propensity to overcome norms and rules, propensity to aggression and violence, to delinquent, self-destructive, self-shod, and addictive behavior. In the control group, this dynamics is not observed. An innovative aspect of the program for the formation of the legal awareness of college students is the empirical evidence of the influence of molding techniques and techniques on the formation and development of the content and structural features of a person's legal awareness in adolescence. This proves the effectiveness of the program, its ability to form a new content of ordinary sense of justice of college’s students. Thus, the effectiveness of the implementation of the program has been experimentally proved.
