Abstract
The article is devoted the problem of lecturers’ and students’ reflection of psychological characteristics of future specialist’ professional becoming. The results of the lecturers’ and students’ questioning are disclosed. It was clarified the competence of lecturers in basic psychological aspects of future specialist’ professional becoming. It was found, that pedagogical interaction of lecturers and students is an important factor in students’ professional becoming. The similarity of the lecturers’ and students’ reflection was founded in the analysis of types and factors of professional becoming of future specialists. At same time, the differences of lecturers’ and students’ vision were found between motivation of professional choice, determinants of success, external and internal obstacles of future specialist’ professional becoming. The need to increase of the lecturers’ psychological competence was proved.
