Abstract

Modern foreign experience of P.E. specialists' training has been researched in this article. Professional training of EU states' P.E. specialistshas been analyzed. It has been established that professional training in EU higher education institutions is focused on forming specialized knowledge, skills and abilities, on development of personal qualities which are important for the profession. That training of EU states’ P.E. and sports specialists is aimed at developing their creative potential, interests, tendencies, motives and values. Features of professional training of the USA's P.E. specialists have been highlighted. It has been established in this article that definitive features of the USA educational standards are the usage of the same educational plan in higher education institutions, regular recording of academic performance, as the graduation exams are conducted at the end of any educational level. Professional training of P.E. specialists in the USA is special because of that system of selecting the best future P.E. teachers and of controlling the progress of students’ readiness to be effective professionals. Professional training of the CIS states' P.E. specialists has been described. It has been defined in the article that professional activities of CIS states’ PE graduates include PE and sports education, promoting healthy lifestlyle, service industry, tourism, management, academic work. They are prepared by higher education institutions for such professional activities: pedagogical, training, recreational, managerial, academic researching, cultural and educational. It has been established that to develop and implement the programs of P.E. specialists’ training higher education institutions rely on particular type of professional activity, which is decided by the needs of labor market and educational and material resources. The experience of EU, USA and CIS has been offered to apply in Ukraine. It has been determined that adding the ability of students to select their own additional specializations and training schedule would provide Ukrainian educational systems with good perspectives.
