Abstract
The monograph is devoted to the modern theoretical and methodological approaches of preschool teachers training in the Western European countries. A comparative analysis of the basic concepts related to the training of preschool teachers in the national and European educational dimensions is presented by the investigator. The theoretical, methodological and methodological foundations of the organization of vocational training of preschool teachers in higher educational institutions of the Western European countries are characterized by the author, mechanisms of formation and development of professional competence of preschool teachers in the three Western European countries: Germany, France, Great Britain are researched. The historical aspects of the formation and reform of the system of higher educational education of Western European countries in the context of the Bologna process are presented, the comparative analysis of the professional training of preschool teachers in the countries of Western Europe and Ukraine is presented, on the basis of which a perspective model of vocational training of teachers of pre-school educational institutions in Ukraine is developed. The perspective directions of improvement of professional training of preschool educational institutions in the system of higher education of Ukraine are substantiated, taking into account progressive ideas of professional pedagogical education of the countries of Western Europe. The monograph is addressed to the heads of higher educational establishments, scientific and pedagogical workers, researchers, students, undergraduates, scientists and employees of the postgraduate education system, and educators of pre-school educational institutions.
