Abstract
The article considers possibility of introduction of pedagogical conditions of formation of professional value orientations of students-musicians. Stated theoretically grounded pedagogical conditions of formation of the mentioned qualities of a personality: а) strengthening the value orientation of the professionally oriented disciplines through: the inclusion of accolate component in the content of professionally oriented disciplines, the creation of value-semantic learning situations, the use in the educational process of works of musical art corresponding to the individual level of preparedness of the students; b) gradual mastery of music performance skills as a basis of professional formation of students, taking into account their personal and professionally significant qualities; c) the focus of independent work in music and the performing disciplines on developing the ability of students to creative interpretations of music, self-development of future specialists; d) the inclusion of an active value oriented musical-performing activity in the framework of a concert practices aimed at securing positive personal professionally important qualities, the humanistic content of professional value orientations
