Abstract
The article presents results of scientific research, which consists in comparison of problems arising in the professional pedagogic activity of a modern teacher with those indicated by the teachers on the basis of expert evaluation and examination of distinctions of subjective evaluation of solution ways. In order to solve the research problem, the author has examined and generalized the scientific research results and the expert evaluates. Publications in scientific and methodical professional journals of Ukraine and on the Internet-portals, which are used as discussion platforms by independent educational experts and representatives of civil organizations, are raw data for the analysis. In addition, the author has interviewed the pedagogical staffs, analyzed and compared the results. The gained results can be applied in the activity of expert and professional communities, in the process of development of the contents of educational courses by educational institution heads, and in the managerial activity.
