Abstract

World of any person is, in the first place – the world of people. And humanity has a lot of experience of the most different methods that have been used throughout history in communication among various cultures. The communication that takes place between cultures and is carried out in the form of a dialog constitutes a process which is both complicated and contradictory. The newest technologies and high social mobility drastically add even more difficulties to communication that takes place under circumstances of poly-cultural world. It is due to this peculiarity that more and more questions are being raised about ways to assure peacefulness of this process so that it causes no pain to any of the parties involved and is carried out in a constructive manner that helps people to have a productive collaboration in communication among representatives of different cultures. Understanding the essence of this cross-cultural interaction and possible ways to harmonize communication in poly-cultural environment is going to be the topic discussed in this article.
