Abstract
It is shown the process of propaganda organization at ministries and departments in the governmental system of the Third Reich during the formation of the Nazi authorities in Germany and the in the occupied territory of Eastern Europe, including the Soviet Union. In the article is presented work of Nazi propaganda apparatus, but also development and use of the various forms and methods of influence on their own population in the sphere of education, science and public relations. It is revealed the process of formation and work of the Imperial Ministry of Education and Propaganda, Reich Ministry of Science, Upbringing and Public Education and the Reich Ministry for Occupied Eastern regions. It is determined the character and results of advocacy impact on the consciousness of the German population in the conditions of preparation and conduct of the war.
