The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence of information warfare strategies in the modern era of globalization. It is noted that the main factor in the conduct of information wars is information that in the modern era is realized as knowledge, as the result of creating a culture. Information warfare is an intellectual war and ends with the victory of an information system of the highest class.
