Abstract
Annotation. Innovation of modern education is the competence approach, which requires students to acquire strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills on the basis of interdisciplinary connections of choral conducting with other psycho-pedagogical and related musical educational disciplines. To this end, it is necessary to update existing curricula, scientific and educational literature, methodological developments and recommendations for choral conducting and related musical disciplines. For the qualitative preparation of future specialists, it is important to use new organizational forms, methods and modern technologies of instruction in choral conducting classes with the goal of creative development of future music teachers. The article focuses on the need to create favorable pedagogical conditions in classes for choral conducting and in the course of practical work with the choir. The pedagogical conditions and psychological and pedagogical features of their formation have been examined and analyzed, the necessary pedagogical conditions for conducting individual lessons from choral conducting and the practical work with the choir in the university have been determined and proposed. Favorable pedagogical conditions created by the teacher in choral conducting classes have a positive impact not only on the formation of methodological competence, but also on the qualitative preparation of future music teachers for practical activities.
