Abstract
Due to the fact that the authorities contributed to the establishment of such an institution as the Kyiv children's home for talented children, in which children from all over Ukraine were educated and brought up, the pupils had a boost and opportunity for their further work in the field of art. To create future state artists of Ukraine, I propose to create an institution where talented children could develop their abilities and engage in their work regardless of their financial situation.
