Abstract

The model of primary school teachers` training to foreign languages innovative learning technologies usage is presented and its efficiency is proved. The main notions «model» and «modeling» are defined in the article. Author`s primary school teachers` training to foreign languages innovative learning technologies usage model consist of a target, content, conceptual, procedural and evaluating components, the formulating of which is caused by the specifics of primary school teachers` training to the above-mentioned activity in higher educational establishment. The aim, which constitutes the predicted result of the whole modeling process and belongs to the target component, is defined as primary school teachers` training to foreign languages learning technologies usage. It is extended due to the tasks, such as: innovational thinking, flexibility and creativeness formation, the skill of generating unconventional ideas; mastering the system of pedagogical and psychological, linguistic and informative knowledge based on interdisciplinary connections; mastering the system of notions and concepts about foreign languages innovative learning technologies and their usage in educational process; the development of skills of organizing foreign language lessons with the use of innovative learning technologies. Stages of the model of primary school teachers` training to foreign languages innovative learning technologies usage are determined. Theoretical principals of humanism, essentialism, behaviourism, pragmatism, cognitive constructivism and postmodernism are analyzed. The levels of primary school teachers’ readiness to the foreign languages innovative learning technologies usage are characterized. The technologization of primary school teachers` training to foreign languages innovative learning technologies usage is possible due to defined aim and stages of above-mentioned process, the tasks, content and conceptual base of it. The right choice of forms, methods, technologies and learning tools as well as the characterized organizational and pedagogical conditions of primary school teachers` training to foreign languages innovative learning technologies model realization are proved in the article.
