The article observes the theophrasemics of Spanish and Ukrainian languages as the object of language thinking of these ethnic groups. The culture takes it as a key to the national and cultural peculiarities of phraseology in terms of the language. This article has a continuation of the concept “God” research, learning the specific features of its objectivities by means of the language, such as paramies within the languages of different structure. The special focus is given to the connection between the semantics of phraseological unit and cultural codes as well as the definition of the importance of phraseological units as the elements of cultural code. Conceptual analysis of phraseological units enabled to define the lexical and semantic aspects and it became constructive for notional base. Study objective is theophrasemics of Spanish and Ukrainian languages, the research of a thinking process as the realization on the concept “God” by means of phraseology in above mentioned languages. The research tries to define the semantic fields of the concept for identifying common and different things in visual thinking of different nations. Onims are the representatives of national uniqueness of the language, a kind of a lingual code of epistemological information, which can be clearly seen as an example of theonym God in phraseological constructions. A human of every culture always needs God. It has been confirmed by various phraseological formations. The examples of theophrasemics in the languages of different structure are given below and it can be seen that there is a different sense load, the so-called semantic fields of the concept “God”, which are the following: God as the name of the omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent being; — God as a creator of the universe and the guard-watcher of it; — God as a force of nature and as a conscious subject, which can be manifest naturally; — God as a judge, a guard and the saver of humanity and the universe; — God is an absolute principle explaining the existence of everything; — God as a person who has a perfect will, mind and feelings; — God as a source of perfection, holiness, wisdom, love, peace, etc. The objective fact of existence of ethnic and cultural phraseological parallels which can include not only culturally related and constantly contacting languages, but also unrelated languages, those languages that are really distant one from another in structural sense, those languages that didn’t have close cultural and ethnic ties in the past. All this can mean the common thinking of different nations. The existence of certain parallels demonstrably confirms the presence certain tendency of the parallels like that. The tendency of interconnection and intercause of language and culture development in every nation; nationally unique phraseological units are the result of the lingual reflection of specific features of different cultures.
