Abstract
The article gives the characteristics of the modern manager-leader and his qualities. Special attention is paid to the importance of the leadership qualities formation as the acmeological invariants of professionalism. The acmeological and leadership competences are singled out in the structure of the general competence of the manager-leader. Leadership competence of the educational manager defines the degree of his ability to implement tasks, functions and technologies of leadership management. The structure of leadership competence consists of relevant knowledge, skills, abilities and qualities of a person. Acmeological competence presents the cumulative human capacity to build his forward development in different spheres of activity under conditions of constant complication of objectives and increase of achievement levels. The acmeological formation technology of the education manager-leader in form of the acmeological training is offered. The author's system of personalprofessional development and self-improvement in the structure of such training is the highlight. An effective development method of this system is professional acme-futuring and its types: abilitational, synergetic and synergetic professional. The synergetic professional acme-futuring is the basis for the development of the author's project of the professional self-improvement of a manager. For the effective implementation of the process of professional self- improvement it is appropriate to use acmeological technologies, the essence of which makes the acmeological influence, which promotes the development of the acmeological culture of the manager’s personality. The typical structure of the technological module in form of the acmeological training is offered. The creation of the acme-synergetic support service of professional development is proposed for effective self-improvement and further self-development of the leading personnel of educational establishments. Such service comprises following departments: analytical, prognostic, technological, acme-synergetic supporting, general.
