Abstract
One of the most important factors to ensure the successful operation of psychological services in education, is the organization of similar services in educational institutions. Psychological service of the University should become a center of psychological aid, who will develop the problems of training and education and to influence the development of psychological services of other agencies, to carry out the control function.
