Abstract
In the article attempts to present a number of positive and negative changes of “Industry 4.0” for the economy and production. Measures, which take into account in practice and would allow avoiding possible socio-economic and technological upheavals and institutional chaos are investigated and summarized in the article. The content of product and technology innovations (e-banking, automatic deserted factories, work-pharmacists, smart clothes, 3D-printing of transplants), generated by the IV-th Industrial Revolution and will determine the development of “Industry 4.0” in the world is determined in the article. The introduction of “Industry 4.0” in Ukraine at an initial stage should take place simultaneously in three following directions: technological, industrial and institutional-economic are established. Work of the triple-spiral “power-university-business” through the institution of harmonization, compromise and mutual support will eventually produce a positive result, and will never lead to the practice of implementing well-known fable by Leonid Hlybov “Swan, Pike and Cancer” is argued. It is concluded that “Industry 4.0” is characterized by revolutionary changes, and the most important result of innovation, in modern conditions, is the automation of services. This kind of transformation is characterized by instability, “innovation-digital explosions” and the latest discoveries, that operate on new principles.
