Abstract
The article focuses on the period of masters training in universities, where a very important role in the professional formation of the future specialist of the music teacher and the artist belongs to the creative director of the graduate student in the class of the musical instrument. On the basis of analysis of scientific sources, information is provided on the latest scientific and methodological research on the problems of improving the instrumental and performing training of the future teacher of musical art. Attention is drawn to the subject of special scientific and methodological study and generalization: on the experience of teaching individual lessons by the teachers of the chair of instrumental and performing arts at the Institute of Arts of the Kiev University Boris Grinchenko. Describing the process of improving the instrumental and performing training of graduate students at the Institute of the Arts at the present stage, several main areas of such training are described: the formation of professional-performing competence and musical-performing thinking. The implementation of the above-mentioned directions takes place on individual lessons of the discipline "Musical Instrument", which is studied by undergraduates of the first and second year. Describes the structure of occupations, which includes several components, namely: • the work of a teacher with graduate students over a training repertoire; • Preparation of the student for the competition and public speaking; • discussion of performances by Ukrainian and foreign performers, contestants after a musical event; • comprehension of educational and methodological materials. A working program of the course is submitted, which includes four modules, the contents of which are processed within two years of study.
