Abstract
The article deals with the organization of project activity of students in ex-tracurricular work in the Ukrainian language as a way to develop the search and research activities of members of the circle of fans of the Ukrainian language. The main purpose of this article is to give an idea of the use of the project activity as an educational technology that allows formation subject ( language ) and socio-cultural competence of students in extracurricular work. Using various forms of project activity in extracurricular work is the basis for the development of students’ creative and cognitive activity, their compe-tencelevel in the context of these goals and objectives.
