Abstract
The article describes the current state of the formation of the language identity of the teacher-translator, the peculiarities of the formation of the teacher's language identity in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education are highlighted, the priority directions of further research are substantiated. It is noted that the development of education in Ukraine is characterized by innovative processes: the emergence of new educational paradigms; improvement of normative-legal documents; creation of informational educational space; the development of digital and inclusive education; the implementation of the Concept of a new Ukrainian school, etc., emphasized the relevance of the study. The main attention is paid to the peculiarities of the course of the teaching pedagogical experiment (its goal, task, result is predicted, goals are designed, the conditions of the actual experiment flow, the emphasis is on key aspects) and its results. It was noted that the obtained results of the confirmatory experiment confirmed the achievement of the goal of the organization of continuous education of specialists of educational institutions in general, which is to provide state inquiries concerning highly skilled, competitive personnel by satisfying their professional and individual-personal needs. The conclusion is made on the necessity of a high level of scientific basis of information, which is presented at the courses of advanced training of teachers of language teachers, which will increase the level of confidence of specialists in the field of education in the possession of professional competence; penetration into the essence of the phenomenon of "language identity"; significant enrichment of professional-technological tools and the like. It also emphasizes the importance of practical orientation of courses, which affects the level of teacher's teaching skills, promotes the development of methodological literacy, understanding of innovative educational trends, the acquisition of modern communicative strategies and tactics, the development of the ability to self-examination and self-observation.
