Abstract
In the article the organizational and pedagogical conditions of optimization of motion activity of preschool children during doing morning exercises are examined. The importance of optimization of the system of physical education and improvement of the preschool children’s health with using of different means of physical education is clarified. It is determined that pedagogical process should be planned and regulated on the basis of holistic approach to the assessment of children’s state with a complex of measures when health and physical development are regarded as a basis for the development and safe upbringing of a child
