Abstract
The role of the Day of Health in education of preschool children’s interest to the physical exercises, the formation of health-saving skills is researched in this article. The necessity of activating the motion regime of preschool educational establishment is substantiated. The basic mechanisms of improvement of the content and methodical approaches to the organization and realization of the Days of Health with preschool children are determined. As a result of analysis of scientific and methodical literature the ways of optimization of the Day of Health are certain in the conditions of the active motion regime
