Abstract
Сoverage of the main periods of development of the German language: from the ancient German period to the modern German literary language; to reveal the laws of the development of education, the process of training and education of student youth, its scientific and professional training in accordance with state and European standards, the needs of society; developing on this basis approaches to improve the system of formation of psychological and pedagogical readiness of bachelors for teaching and scientific and pedagogical activities in a foreign language. Discipline "History of the German language" is included in the system of subject preparation of the future specialist.
